Refund Policy

At Furry Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

  • If a prepaid return label is not provided, we recommend using a trackable shipping method

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them

  • After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled

  • If the order has already shipped, you can return it once received, in accordance with this policy
